2. Appointments & Scheduling

  • All services must be scheduled in advance.

  • A confirmation will be sent via email, text, or phone call.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices vary based on the size and condition of the property.

  • Final pricing will be confirmed before the service begins.

If you’re not satisfied with the cleaning, notify us within 24 hours and we’ll return to address the issue at no extra cost. This guarantee does not apply if the property was in significantly different condition than described when booking.

6. Liability

  • While we take great care with your property, Sparkle and Shine Cleaning LLC is not liable for pre-existing damage or items improperly secured.

  • We carry liability insurance for incidents directly caused by our team during service.

7. Use of Website
